I stopped into my Kmart this evening after work. Honestly, I was not impressed with the sales last week or this week for that matter, but I was up for a challenge. I rarely go into Kmart with a set plan to get to the $25 minimum purchase to trigger the doubling of five coupons up to $1.00. This was definitely the case tonight. Here are the details of what I did:

The B1G1 Head & Shoulders coupons really made this deal. The six of them cost just under $33 to get me to the $30 threshhold for the $10 catalina, making them just $1.08 each, after coupons and catalina! The television screen cleaner peelie caught my eye and helped me get to the $50 for the $5.00 gift card. And the Wesson Oil store coupon taking off $4.99 when I was only charged $3.00, was the icing on the cake!
After my doubling trip on 3/21, I couldn't resist the temptation to go back and see if I could do as well again. Only one problem.... I got called for jury duty and, as luck would have it, got seated on the jury. We had an hour and 15 minute recess for lunch so I hurried out to the Big K and put this deal together on the fly. Remember, today (Saturday) is the last day of the sale cycle at Kmart, so take advantage of the sale prices today!

After being out of town for a few days, I needed to get back in the swing of things so I thought a trip to Kmart might do the trick. And I believe it did! Remember, Kmart is doubling coupons up to $1.00 all week this week (at least the Marietta store is), so it's a perfect opportunity to turn those $1.00 Q's into $2.00 Q's with the right sale.
